ZELLAMID® 1400
PET, Polyethyleneterephthalate
ZELLAMID® 1400 PET is a semi-crystalline, thermoplastic polyester based on polyethylene terephthalate. The low moisture absorption and the low coefficient of thermal expansion result in high dimensional stability for components with tight tolerances. A low coefficient of friction and a very good abrasion resistance combined with los deformation under continuous load make this material particularly suitable for moving machine parts.
