Zellamid® 1500 X
PEEK, brown / black
ZELLAMID® 1500 X PEEK is a high-temperature resistant thermoplastic high-performance polymer. With a glass transition temperature of around 150 °C and a melting temperature of approximately 340 °C, it impresses with its exceptional thermal stability.
PEEK is one of the most powerful thermoplastics worldwide and is used wherever the highest demands are placed on temperature resistance as well as mechanical and chemical durability. As a high-strength alternative to fluoropolymers, the material impresses with significantly lower wear and excellent tribological properties.

ZELLAMID® 1500 XT - black
10% carbon fiber, 10% graphite, 10% PTFE
Exceptionally good tribological properties combined with high wear resistance and a very low coefficient of friction make this material the ideal solution for heavily stressed plain bearing applications.
ZELLAMID® 1500 XGF30 - brown
30% Glass Fiber
This glass fiber reinforced type significantly reduces the coefficient of thermal expansion compared to unreinforced PEEK while simultaneously increasing the modulus of elasticity. Ideal for applications requiring high stiffness, static load, and improved dimensional stability at temperatures above 150 °C.
